Refund policy

Every PreppingRican item is printed or embroidered just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

If your package is lost in transit or shows delivered but never arrived, contact us within 30 days and we'll help sort it out with the carrier or send a replacement.
